Bonomi's new automated buttefly Tee assemblies are available in sizes 2 inches through 12 inches.
Bonomi North America’s new three-way automated butterfly valve Tee assemblies provide mixing or diversion operations for commercial and industrial HVAC and water applications such as the control of hot water, chilled water, condenser water, and thermal storage systems. Available in six flow configurations in sizes 2 inches through 12 inches, they can offer significant cost savings compared to same-size three-way ball valves. Cast Iron Lugged Butterfly Valves
The new assemblies consist of two NSF 61/372-certified Bonomi lug style rubber-lined butterfly valves along with a Valbia pneumatic or electric actuator, a 125# cast iron tee, and linkage assemblies. They are delivered fully assembled and, like all Bonomi valves, they are 100% tested before shipping. They are designated as either MEN501S Series (electric actuation), DAN501S Series (double acting pneumatic actuation) or SRN501S Series (spring return pneumatic actuation).
Bonomi automated butterfly Tee assemblies are designed and built to provide years of reliable service. The ANSI Class 150 N501S Series valve bodies are epoxy-coated ductile iron with an EDPM rubber liner and discs made of ASTM A351-CF8M stainless steel. They are rated to 250 PSI.
Valbia pneumatic actuators feature integral side limit stops that do not penetrate the cylinder bore. Spring return models feature nested springs for longer life. Valbia electric actuators feature dual voltages, two extra limit switches, heater and thermostat, torque limiter, a NEMA 4 rating and a 75% duty cycle.
Bonomi North America has served the U.S. and Canada since 2003 and is part of the Bonomi Group of Brescia, Italy.
